Company 8 In the Community

This evening, Friday July 14, Company 8 was asked to participate in a special event at the Rockhill Baptist Church. During our visit, we were able to interact with members of our community and show that we are here for them. Rockhill Celebrates 41 Years of Community Service

This year the Rockhill Volunteer Fire Department celebrated 41 years of service to the community here in Stafford County Virginia. Support for Little Fork Volunteer Fire Company

The Little Fork Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company (LFVFRC) in Rixeyville, Virginia was founded in 1994. Currently, LFVFRC responds to approximately 500 fire fighting and emergency rescue calls per year. LFVFRC has been recognized for 3 consecutive years as one of the few Virginia volunteer fire departments to respond to 100% of its emergency calls. This morning we had a special visit from the Mt. Ararat Church in North Stafford! Being a part of our community is what we are all about! The church donated coffee and a light breakfast for our Volunteer Fire crew and Career Medic crew stations here at Fire Station 8!
